My client is looking for an Admin Supervisor to join their Cardiff Branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative personnel and operations within the office and yard. The Admin Supervisor will be a key figure in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring that all clerical and administrative duties are completed to a high standard. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate the team. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a busy and challenging environment and will have the drive to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Admin Supervisor to join a highly reputable and well-established brand.
Key role and responsibilities for this Admin Supervisor Role is:
- ○ Dealing with visitors, customers and drivers
- ○ Familiarising with all Health and Safety procedures
- ○ Liaising with sales teams in relation to customer queries
- ○ Processing customer orders
- ○ Advising yard staff of stock levels and equipment requirements
Minimum requirements for this Admin Supervisor Role:
- ○ Experience working within a “hire” market
- ○ Able to deal with customers and be a face for the branch
- ○ Computer literate and able to learn various none-complex systems
