Description
As a Functional Manager in Amersfoort, you will play a critical role in the IT infrastructure of the educational institution that specializes in educational applications. Your responsibilities include managing Xedule, Topdesk, and optimizing Microsoft 365. You will also be organizing, supervising, and performing user acceptance tests, as well as taking inventory of user wishes. You will be participating in internal and external project groups, drafting and maintaining user instructions, and liaising with suppliers. You must be able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

You are decisive and have a good dose of persuasiveness in the choices you make. You also enjoy working with the people in the organization and actively contributing to common goals.
You also bring the following:
HBO work and thinking level;
At least two years of work experience as a Functional Manager;
Experience in education is an advantage;
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Xedule and TOPdesk is an advantage;
Experience with project work;
Good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
