- We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter for Software domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting software professionals with a strong understanding of the software industry. You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential software engineers, developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, and helping the business achieve its recruitment goals. You will also be responsible for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and trends in technology. With your expertise and experience, you will be able to help us to achieve our recruitment goals.
Their general job duties would be:
- • Sourcing profiles from job portals, head hunting from professional networking sites and through references.
- • Leveraging third party recruitment companies as needed.
- • Resume screening.
- • Analyzing feedback, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and stakeholders, negotiating pakages.
- • Following up with candidates until they join.
Requirements:
- • Proven work experience, at least 2-5 years as a Talent Recruiter or similar role for Software Engineering domain.
- • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • A keen understanding of the software development and the languages used in different frameworks.
- • BS in Human Resources Management or in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering.
