- Your Responsibilities:

- • Develop & implement medical plans in conjunction with the CMD and Commercial team.
- • Setting business objectives and priorities that ensure delivery of the Medical Affairs plans & metrics
- • Providing input and ensuring the preparation and execution of brand plans are in line with therapeutic area strategies
- • Develop relationships with KEE’s by building a deep understanding of vaccine therapy area and upcoming portfolio.
- • Ensure the driving of proper understanding of the scientific value of assigned product(s) and its (their) appropriate use to address patients’ needs,
- • Ensure support to clinical development with investigators nominations and conducting GSK clinical trials.
- • Developing the MSL team’s capabilities to achieve world-class scientific engagement through excellence in day-to-day management and coaching.
- • Determines the data gap for the vaccine portfolio and plans evidence generation activities. Coordinate the clinical study plan and study budget.
- • Review and approval SE activities, promotional activities and materials in accordance with ethical standards, MoH & AIFD regulations, company procedures and scientific literature

• Medically qualified - Medical knowledge, understanding patient perspectives, transforming insights into actionable outcomes, experienced on evidence generation activities, having sound judgement in benefit/risk evaluation on patient safety issues, interacting with HCPs on a peer-to-peer basis and working in the healthcare environment, are core areas of competences. All of these components require deep medical understanding and medical experience.
- • 5 (+) years of increasing experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry in Medical, Medical Governance, Clinical Operations and/ or PV roles
- • 3 years of people management experience in a multicultural / complex organizational environment.
- • Understanding of Pharma Industry Medical Governance framework
- • Advanced skills to handle a range of complex relationships/issues/multiple projects simultaneously
- • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of GSK and external stakeholder
- • Proactive, business-focused approach with vision to shape role, strong problem-solving skills & proven influential skills
