Tridge also provides a one-stop fulfillment service that includes due diligence, supplier certificate verification, contract negotiation, packaging, shipping, customs, and more. Its exclusive database covers over 11 billion data points of agricultural goods and collects 50,000 data points each day to provide transparency and real-time updates in price, quality, and trade volumes. The HR Generalist for the Turkey Office at Tridge will support business strategies by implementing best practices of HR policies/processes and planning, organizing, and executing activities associated with payroll, recruitment, employee relations/communication, and HR program design/execution. This person will work with the Global HR Team at HQ in Seoul, Korea and have the opportunity to advance their career skills by encountering and overcoming challenges in a fast-growing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- • Design and ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures are complied with the local labor laws and regulations
- • Responsible for timely, accurately and compliantly processing the payroll. Audit and process payroll documents.
- • Managing active and passive recruitment for Turkey
- • Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
- • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, monitoring office supplies inventory, reviewing and approving requests
- • Communicate closely with the Global HR Team at the HQ to assist with HR challenges, provide coaching, proactively identify talent issues and implement programs solving business needs in the Turkey office
- • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- • Work with HR documentation
- • Other duties and HR projects as assigned
Required qualifications:
- • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related experience
- • Bachelor in human resources or business administration or related study
- • Must have valid Turkish Nationality
- • Fluency in Turkish and English, both verbal and written
- • Has in-depth knowledge in labor law and regulations in Turkey
- • Has experience in operating a full cycle of payroll in Turkey
- • Detail-oriented detailed oriented, knows how to make reports and documents
- • Strongly driven to take initiative and acquire hands-on experience
- • Able to work well in a dynamic and fast-growing working environment
- • Advanced Microsoft office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications:
- • Knowledge and passion for Tridge's vision and company goal
- • Language proficiency in Korean
- • Experience with HR information systems (i.e. Greenhouse)
