Key Responsibilities
- ○ Providing front-line support for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- ○ Organising and maintaining our employee records on our HR system
- ○ Management of the onboarding and induction process for new starters
- ○ Start-to-end recruitment, including job adverts, candidate sourcing, telephone screening, and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- ○ Assisting in processing payroll
- ○ Office management (managing grocery orders, office supplies, health & safety etc)
- ○ Ensuring compliance with health and safety and ISO accreditation
Experience & Skills
- ○ Language: English (native/bilingual)
- ○ A minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- ○ Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
- ○ Enthusiastic and willing to take the initiative
- ○ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
