Product Management Intern, Marketplace (6-month Contract)

Glints is building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia to help people and organizations realize their human potential. We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our Product team and help drive product implementations with the goal of increasing the effectiveness of Glints’ Marketplace products and accelerating revenue growth. The successful candidate will be deeply familiar with the company’s product strategy, OKRs, and internal business stakeholders, and will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, user researchers, and data analysts to execute discovery and delivery sprints. They will also identify user pain points and insights through user feedback loops and data analytics to define the core problem to be solved. The intern will also be responsible for implementing new internal documentation processes and updating product documentation regularly.
Who We Are Looking For
- • Able to commit to a minimally 6-month internship period with a potential to be hired as a full-time Associate Product Manager
- • Able to do hybrid work arrangement, our office is located in Sudirman area, Jakarta
- • Possesses good speaking and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia as this role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams across countries; Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.
- • Knowledge of computer science/product/project management
- • Past working experience in strategy, project management, or product functions (including product design, product analytics)
- • Comfortable working with and manipulating data
- • Continuously keeps up to date and informed of product trends and is always curious about the design of customer-facing services
- • Seeks to understand rationale of the work we do
- • Able to stand in other’s shoes to view things from different perspectives in order to provide the optimal user experience
- • Proactive with proposing solutions and flagging issues
- • Drives the effort to ensure that the team has a consistent, reliable shipping momentum; consistently meets deadlines with efficiency, able to keep track of details, and doesn’t let balls drop
- • Zero-defect mindset; ensure no formula/excel errors
- • Understands task outcomes and requirements quickly
- • Able to work independently with minimal hand holding

Nice-To-Haves
- • High proficiency in using; Microsoft Excel and Excel Modeling Skills, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Suite (Docs, Slides and Sheets), Data analytical tools (Amplitude, Metabase, performing SQL queries)
- • Final-year student in Computer Science
- • Keen interest in digital products
- • Able to articulate why you like a particular digital product
